Weekly Training Sessions

Below are the weekly training sessions that are currently available at UFMA. Students should always check the UFMA calendar for up to date information as in some cases sessions may need to been changed or cancelled. Please click here for calendar information.

Sessions are split into two parts and it is mandatory (unless previously agreed with the instructor) to attend Part 1 of the session if you are planning to train Part 2.

Part 1:

Warm up/down, Stretching, pad/bag work, partner combinations, sparing (light contact), self-defence and fitness.
Suitable for all students over 12yrs

Part 2:

Warm up/down, Self-defence (adv), Sparing (semi to full contact) and fitness
Suitable for intermediate to advance grades (RED belts and above) over 16yrs

  • Tuesday evenings:

    • Part 1: 7:00pm to 7:50pm
    • Part 2: 7:50pm to 8:30pm
  • Thursday evenings:

    • Part 1: 7:00pm to 7:50pm
    • Part 2: 7:50pm to 8:30pm
